I was born and raised in Northern New Jersey. After many decades of vacationing at the Jersey Shore, my wife Marie and I decided in 1998 to buy a home in the Southern Ocean County area.
I am married to Marie for 33 years and have 2 adult children, along with a precious granddaughter.
In 1975, I owned and operated a retail food business in Hudson County, New Jersey. After several years in the food industry, I spent a good part of the next 20 years supervising a large staff in the Customer Service, Collection Department of a major utility corporation within the Northern New Jersey and New York area. Soon after retirement in 2000, I decided to go back into the workforce as a Credit Manager for a major industrial tool supplier.
After years of interest in real estate, I decided to make a career change. My commercial real estate career began in Bergen County, New Jersey.
